1. Data controller

App Networking is the data controller for personal information collected through app-networking.digital and related enrollment processes. Contact: contact@app-networking.digital, +82-3-828-4293, 105-10, Sujinmaeulsseonibaelliapateu, Dongcheon-dong, Suji-gu Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you submit through contact and enrollment forms (name, email, optional topic, message content), records of communications, and technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted. We do not request payment card numbers through this website.

3. Purposes of processing

We process personal data to respond to inquiries, arrange cohorts and invoices, deliver course access, improve site performance (when analytics are permitted), comply with legal obligations, and protect the integrity of our services.

4. Legal bases

Depending on context, we rely on performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests in operating an educational business and securing our systems, consent for optional analytics cookies, and legal obligations where applicable under Korean personal information protection rules.

5. Retention

Contact form messages are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for an active enrollment dispute. Enrollment and invoice records are kept for the period required by Korean commercial and tax rules, typically seven years. Analytics logs, when enabled, are retained in aggregated form for up to fourteen months. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear local storage.

6. Sharing

We use service providers for email delivery, hosting, and — only if you accept analytics cookies — traffic measurement. Providers process data under instructions and appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

7. International transfers

If a hosting or analytics provider stores data outside the Republic of Korea, we apply contractual safeguards and assess whether the destination offers comparable protection. You may request a summary of transfer mechanisms by emailing the controller contact above.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or suspension of processing of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent for optional processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea. To exercise rights, contact contact@app-networking.digital. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

9. Security

We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold, including access controls and encrypted transport for the public site. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending highly confidential engagement files through the public contact form.

10. Children

Our services are directed to working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

11. Cookies

Details of cookie types, durations, and controls appear in our Cookies Policy.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will also be communicated by email when reasonably practicable.
