Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid App Networking programs confirmed by invoice, including Field Sampler, Control Architect, and Assurance Circle seats. Informational prices on this website are not charges; refunds apply only after payment has been received against a confirmed enrollment.

2. Eligibility window

You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of invoice payment if you have not accessed more than one module and have not attended a live session. Requests after that window are considered under the partial-refund and cancellation rules below.

3. Full refund conditions

A full refund is available when: (a) the request arrives within the eligibility window; (b) lab packs or downloadable templates have not been distributed beyond Module 1 orientation materials; and (c) no certificate work has been submitted. Cohort postponements initiated by App Networking also qualify for a full refund or a free transfer to a later date, at your choice.

4. Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the eligibility window but before completing Module 4, we may issue a partial refund of up to fifty percent (50%) of tuition paid for that seat, less a scheduling fee of ₩80,000. After Module 4 begins (or after four sessions for shorter workshops), tuition is generally non-refundable except as required by mandatory law or as listed under Exceptions.

5. Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable once delivered or consumed: custom briefings prepared for Assurance Circle pods, privately scheduled challenge labs that have already occurred, third-party examination fees (if any are arranged separately), and seat transfers completed at your request after materials were issued.

6. Refund process

Email contact@app-networking.digital with the subject line “Refund request,” your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason for withdrawal. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask for identity verification matching the invoice.

7. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days of approval. Funds return via the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to the account named on the invoice. Currency conversion differences on overseas payments are not reimbursed beyond the amount we actually received net of banking fees.

8. Cancellation by App Networking

If we cancel a cohort for low enrollment or instructor unavailability, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date without fee. If we replace an instructor with another qualified faculty member, that alone does not create a refund right unless the change materially reduces program hours.

9. Learner-initiated cancellation

You may cancel by written notice. Timing relative to module progress determines whether a full, partial, or no refund applies under sections 2–4. Failure to attend without notice is treated as a cancellation after the eligibility window.

10. Exceptions

We consider documented medical emergencies, military service orders, or employer-forced travel that prevents participation, on a case-by-case basis, for credit or partial refund even after Module 4. Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law, where applicable to eligible individuals, take precedence over this policy.
