1. Acceptance

By accessing app-networking.digital or enrolling in App Networking programs, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and services.

2. Educational nature of services

App Networking provides professional education related to financial auditing and procurement control testing. Content is instructional and does not constitute legal, accounting, or audit opinions for any specific entity. You remain responsible for applying judgment under your firm’s or employer’s methodology.

3. Accounts and enrollment

Enrollment requests submitted through this site are invitations to contract, not completed purchases. Binding enrollment occurs only after written confirmation and invoice acceptance. You agree to provide accurate contact information.

4. Intellectual property

Course materials, lab packs, templates, branding, and site content are owned by App Networking or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal team learning during your access period. Redistribution, resale, public posting, or training-of-trainers use without written consent is prohibited.

5. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, upload malware, impersonate App Networking staff, or use materials to misrepresent credentials. We may suspend access for violations.

6. Pricing and payments

Published prices are informational. This website does not process card payments or automated checkout. Payment terms appear on invoices issued separately.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that labs mirror your production systems or that completion guarantees engagement outcomes, certification by third parties, or employment results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, App Networking’s aggregate liability arising from site use or course participation is limited to the fees you paid to us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or reputational harm.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify App Networking against claims arising from your misuse of materials or your representations to third parties about the scope of our education.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to eligible individuals.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
